In the following video, the maker claims that the younger boston bomber is still wearing his backpack after the bomb went off. Its the video called LOOK ! Proof That Craft or Blackwater Agents did the Boston Marathon
But if we look closely at the photo he is referring to, this photo and if you look on the left, you can see the bomber.
If we zoom in on the photo and adjust the levels a bit, its clear its just his elbow that you see.
So no, he wasn't wearing a backpack after the bombing.
PS I refuse to name the bombers, cause they don't deserve to be named.
